Almacis was established in the mid ’50s, when Dante Marramiero, with an entrepreneurial spirit and great foresight, launched several activities that laid the foundations for the company we know today.

A story built on innovation

In 1974, Marramiero built on expertise in construction and water networks by adding methane gas pipelines and systems. Within a few years the company acquired 40 concessions and in 1979 became a pioneering player in energy efficiency. Towards the end of 1987 Almacis was launched, growing on innovation, research and valued human resources.

The B.U. designs, constructs and manages infrastructure networks for the distribution of gas, liquids, data and electricity.

Plants

The B.U. designs, builds and manages plants for energy production from renewable and conventional sources, and for the complete water cycle.

Building

The B.U. designs and constructs civil and industrial buildings, both independently and as a general contractor.

Facility management

Integrated management of buildings and plants through services that keep the business operational: maintenance, safety, energy.

Energy

Energy consulting and ESCO-model project management.

Research & Development

The B.U. researches, proposes and develops original solutions for plants and processes using its scientific and technological know-how.
